Once you have shampooed or conditioned, gently squeeze away excess water. For semi-long hair, use a suitable amount—approximately two large muscat-seed-sized portions—and concentrate on the ends. Rinse thoroughly; a brief rinse is recommended. Daily application is recommended. Avoid using on skin with wounds, swelling, eczema or other irregularities.
