Take the heating pad out of its cover, place it in the microwave, and heat it based on the microwave output and designated heating time. When the pad is already warm, reheat it in 10 to 20 second intervals while monitoring the temperature. Carefully remove the pad, put it into the dedicated cover, and position it around the neck or shoulders. Avoid leaving it on one area for an extended period. Discontinue use immediately if it becomes excessively hot, and never let children heat or remove it without adult supervision.

Clean the dedicated cover whenever necessary. Do not refrigerate the pad or use it for cold insulation, and never warm it outside a microwave or while enclosed in the cover. Avoid dropping or compressing the main unit. If cracks, tears, or red gel from a damaged inner bag appear, discontinue use, switch off the microwave if needed, let the unit cool fully, and replace it. In the event of leakage, immediately rinse the affected area with water.
